Ramp is a SaaS platform that predicts the revenue of B2C companies, giving businesses the ability forecast at a speed and accuracy impossible to replicate with people or spreadsheets.

Your Role

As the Global Head of Talent, you will be responsible for managing global recruiting and ensuring technical and commercial recruiting targets are met, optimising for efficiency and scalability. You’ll always have one eye on the future state of Talent Acquisition as we continue to scale across markets.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • 4+ years experience working for high growth international tech organisations
  • Experience leading a high performance team in APAC/EMEA/US and working across different time zones
  • Experience developing and executing on key DEI initiatives
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • The ability to increase velocity and quality of hire
  • Experience in driving employer branding initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
